Online Obituaries Susan J. Pochini 49 of Fitchburg died Tuesday March 9, 2010 in Health Alliance Leominster Hospital after being stricken ill at home. She was born on May 19, 1960 in Fitchburg; MA was the daughter of Henry J. and Mary Jo (Campbell) Pochini. She was a graduate of St. Bernard’s Central Catholic High School Class of 1978; she attended Fitchburg State College for 3 years. She worked at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and then she worked for Modu-Form. She was a member of Kingsmen Drum and Bugle Corp for many years, and she was very artistic. She is survived by her daughter Cherish Racine of Fitchburg, and Rick Racine father of their child of Fitchburg, her mother Mary Jo Lazarou and her step-father Naum Lazarou both of Leominster, her brother John “Jay” Pochini and his wife Gina of Lunenburg, their children Jordan and Julia Pochini. She was predeceased by her father Henry J. Pochini.

The funeral will be held from the Wright-Roy Funeral Home 109 West St Leominster, on Friday March 12, 2010 with a funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. in St. Leo’s Church 128 Main St Leominster, Burial will be in St. Leo’s Cemetery, Leominster, Calling hours will be Thursday March 11, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
