Burial Plans Simple Burial Includes:

• Basic services of Funeral Director
• Arrangement Conference
• Securing necessary permits and signatures
• Preparation of Death Certificates
• Removal of Decedent to Funeral Home with in 10 miles
• Transfer to Cemetery (Local)
• Must be completed with in 50 hours after death

Basic Burial Includes:

• Basic services of Funeral Director

• Washing, Disinfecting and Dressing of Decedent
• Transfer to Cemetery (Local)

• Must be completed with in 50 hours after death

Standard Life Celebration Includes:

• Basic services of Funeral Director
• Arrangement Conference
• Securing necessary permits and signatures
• Preparation of Death Certificates

• Embalming, Cosmetic and Dressing of Decedent
• Placement of Decedent in Casket Selected
• 2 hours of calling hours
• Transfer to Cemetery (Local)
• Additional Fees: Casket, Outer Burial Container, All Cemetery Expenses

Remembrance Life Celebration Includes:

• Basic services of Funeral Director
