Cremation Services

Cremation is becoming a more familiar means of final disposition in our society. Whether your choices are because of religious preferences, personal preferences or costs, we respect your choice. At Wright-Roy Funeral Home we want to make sure that if you choose cremation, you are aware of the many service options available to you.

Most families who choose cremation also choose to have a service. Funeral and Memorial Services both honor the memory of the deceased and provide a means through which the bereaved may find support and comfort. Cremation may take place before the service so that the cremated remains may be present, or after the service so that the body may be present. Some people opt to have a service with neither present. Simple Cremation Includes:

• Basic services of Funeral Director
• Arrangement conference
• Securing necessary permits and signatures
• Preparation of Death Certificate
• Removal of decedent from to funeral home with in 10 miles
• Alternative Container ( Standard Size container )
• Placement of decedent in alternative container or casket selected
• Transfer to the Crematory
• Cremation Fee
• Medical Examiner’s Fee
• Return of ashes to the family
• Must be completed with in 50 hours of death

Basic Cremation Includes:

• Basic services of Funeral Director
• Arrangement conference
• Securing necessary permits and signatures
• Preparation of Death Certificate
• Removal of decedent from to funeral home with in 10 miles
• Washing, Disinfecting and Dressing the decedent
• Wood grain corrugated cardboard Alternative Container with rose tan crepe interior for private viewing
• Placement of decedent in alternative container or casket selected
• Transfer to the Crematory
• Cremation Fee
• Medical Examiner’s Fee
• Return of ashes to the family
• Must be completed with in 50 hours of death

Standard Life Celebration Includes:

• Basic services of Funeral Director
• Arrangement conference
• Securing necessary permits and signatures
• Preparation of Death Certificate
• Removal of decedent from to funeral home with in 10 miles
• Placement of decedent in casket selected
• Embalming, Cosmetic and Dressing of Decedent
• 2 hours of Calling hours
• Transfer to the Crematory
• Cremation Fee
• Medical Examiner’s Fee
• Return of ashes to the family
• This does not include Rental Casket or Cremation Casket Extra Charge Applies

Remembrance Life Celebration Includes:

• Basic services of Funeral Director
• Arrangement conference

• Preparation of Death Certificate

• Embalming, Cosmetic and Dressing of Decedent
• 1 hour calling hour prior to funeral service
• Funeral Service at Funeral Home or Church

Comfort Life Celebration Includes:

• Basic services of Funeral Director
• Arrangement conference

• Embalming, Cosmetic and Dressing of Decedent
• 3 hours of calling hours 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and 1 hour prior to funeral service
• Funeral Service at Funeral Home or Church
• Transfer to the Crematory
• Cremation Fee
• Medical Examiner’s Fee
• Return of ashes to the family
• This does not include Rental Casket or Cremation Casket Extra Charge Applies

Tribute Life Celebration Includes:

• Basic services of Funeral Director

• 4 hours of calling hours 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and 1 hour prior to funeral service
• Limousine, 2 Pall Bearer Cars or Second Limo
