Leominster - Conrad G. Peloquin 98 of Leominster passed away peacefully on December 22 at UMASS Memorial Health Alliance Hospital Leominster with his family at his side. Conrad was predeceased by his wife of almost 70 years Pauline Peloquin (Aubin) who passed in 2020.
Conrad was the son of Edward and Emily (Lemiere) Peloquin. Conrad was predeceased by his brothers Raymond, Alfred, Roland, and sister Cecil LaChance. During WWII Conrad enlisted in the Merchant Marines and served in Europe. After his service he married Pauline on Thanksgiving Day in 1950.
He is survived by 3 children Kathie Peloquin Weller and her husband Mike, James Peloquin and his wife Donna, and Diane Peloquin McDowell and her husband Brian, all of Leominster. They had 5 grand-children Sarah Bisson and her husband Ernie, Matthew Peloquin and his wife Cynthia both of Milford NH, Justin McDowell and his wife Casey of Winchendon, Timothy and Jeffrey McDowell of Leominster. They also had 4 great grand-children, Virginia and James Peloquin, Conrad and Garrett Bisson all of Milford NH.
Conrad was a union carpenter and after years in the union he worked for himself, built their home of 70 years. Dad was a musician and his specialty was the drums. Over the years Conrad really liked his Cadillacs, having several over the years but his favorite was his 1959 Cadillac Eldorado Biaritz.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, in Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West Street, Leominster, MA, from 9:30-10:30 am with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Cecilia Church, 168 Mechanic St., Leominster. The family is gathering after the burial at Evergreen Cemetery at the Eagles Hall on Litchfield Street.
We would like to thank both the Bayatta Visiting nurses who took care of dad at home over the last 6 months and also the UMASS Memorial Health Alliance Hospital Leominster Hospice Staff who made dad’s last few days very comfortable for him and for us as well. They are all saints walking here on earth.
