Corey Herold, 44, of Leominster, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2026.

Corey was a good-natured, big-hearted man who loved being outdoors and spending time riding ATVs and working on vehicles—things he truly enjoyed and took pride in.

He shared a strong and loving partnership of more than 15 years with his wife, Kerry (Murphy) Herold. He is also survived by his mother, Cindy Herold; his aunt Judy Allain; cousins Tiffany and Kristen Allain; his uncles Jeff and Kevin Herold; his brother and sister-in-law, Derek and Amanda Murphy; his nieces Addison and Darien, and nephew Aiden Murphy: and his step-daughter, Kia Linda. Corey will always be remembered for his kindness, humor, and free spirit.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Doyon; his brother, Jeremy Herold; and his mother and father-in-law, Linda and Gerald Maker, with whom he is now reunited.

Corey will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know him. In keeping with the family’s wishes, services will be a private gathering with close family and friends.
