Emile H. Comeau

Leominster -  Emile Honorat Comeau left us to be with the Lord on November 11, 2021 at the age of 88, in his hometown of Leominster, MA. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Dorothy Comeau (Tata); daughter Kim Storro and her husband Ron Storro; his 3 grandchildren Chris Storro and his wife Kate, Jordan Siegmann and her husband Adam, and Katie Storro and her fiancé Ryan Nikolich; and his 3 great grandchildren Samuel, Parker, and Cecelia. He is preceded in death by his 8 brothers.
Emile was born in Leominster on February 26, 1933, son of Honorat and Eva Comeau and lived in Leominster all his life. He was a paratrooper serving in the Korean War. While in the airborne he completed 38 jumps. After serving his country, he worked at Wachusett Potato Chip as well as Digital. He was a long time member of St. Cecilia’s Parish.
Emile was an incredible person. He raised a wonderful daughter, helped care for 3 grandchildren, and loved spending time with his 3 great grandchildren. 
He was a proud pépère and a dedicated family man. Nothing made him happier then spending time with his family. He loved his old western shows and was also an avid Patriots and Red Sox fan. He enjoyed doing carpentry work and making furniture pieces for his family. He woke up every morning with a cup of coffee and crossword puzzle in hand.  He spent many afternoons playing cards and cribbage with his wife.

Emile's Funeral will be held Tuesday, November 16, 2021, from Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West Street,  Leominster with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Cecilia's Church, 170 Mechanic St., Leominster.  Burial with Military Honors will follow in St. Leo's Cemetery, Leominster.   Calling hours will be held Monday, November 15th, from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home.
