Felice "Tony" D'Agostino

Leominster - Felice "Tony" A. D'Agostino, 87, of Leominster, MA passed away peacefully at home on May 13, 2022, with his loving family by his side.  He was born on October 20, 1934 and was a lifelong resident of Leominster.

Tony graduated from Saint Bernard's High School and Fitchburg State College.  He worked for many years alongside his father, Joe, the Hot Dog Man, and eventually at Joe's Lunch on North Main Street, Leominster.  Later on he finished his career at Simonds Saw and Steel in Fitchburg before retirement.

Tony enjoyed many activities in his free time, gardening with his green thumb, either in his own garden or the Cummunity Garden near Sholan Farm, playing cribbage at several Senior Centers, bike riding, walking, watching the Bruins and Red Sox and spending time visiting with his family.

He was predeceased by his parents, Giuseppe and Anna (Gargano) D'Agostino, his sister Lisa Leblanc of Lunenburg, MA and his brother Armando of California.  He leaves behind his brother Riccardo and his wife Ruby of Lancaster, MA, his sister Philomena Buja and her husband John of York, ME, his brother Joseph of Estero, FL and his nephew Richard Leblanc, whom he lived with for many years.  He also leaves behind several nephews and nieces as well as great-nephews and great-nieces and a long time friend, Nilah Gerhard.  

Tony was so well loved by family and friends and will be sorely missed.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to VNA Hospice Care for the nursing help given to Tony for the past six months.  They would especially like to extend their immense gratitude and thanks to the three wonderful caregivers, who showed love and respect for Tony for the past year.

A Calling Hour will be held Friday, May 20th, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West Street, Leominster, MA.  A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. in St. Anna's Church, 199 Lancaster Street, Leominster.  Burial will follow in St. Leo's Cemetery.
