Leominster - Fleurette Georgette Langevin passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 87, under the care of Autumn Hospice and Sterling Village. Fleurette graduated from Leominster High School and Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa with a degree in Chiropractic Assisting. In her early years she enjoyed traveling with her brother and parents. She was known as the ‘dog whisperer,’ having trained numerous canines. Fleurette worked at the former Elaina Dress Shop, Tilton & Cook, various Chiropractors in the Worcester area, and ended her career as a Home Health Assistant having worked for Diversified Home Healthcare, UMASS, and lastly for private clients. She enjoyed helping others and made that her life’s motto.
Fleurette was predeceased by her parents, Herman and Elizabeth (Boudreau) Langevin and her brother, John. She leaves behind her beloved dog, Miner, her caretakers/adopted family, Mark & Kathy Twichell, Kaitlin & Matthew Bundy, her precious Hunter Bundy, along with her furry friend ‘Pretzels’ and many friends and neighbors who she thought of dearly.
Mark and Kathy would like to extend a special thank you to Maryann and John Chevalier for assisting in her daily care. Her neighbors/friends Stephanie & Craig Beauregard for assisting with Miner’s care and graciously accepting him into their home. Thank you to Tom O’Rourke and Ed Lambert for checking in on her and to Sterling Village and Autumn Hospice Care, especially her nurse Brenda and her Social Worker Betty for the wonderful care they provided.
A calling hour will be held at Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West Street, Leominster, MA on Saturday, October 25th from 9:30-10:30 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Cecilia’s Church, 170 Mechanic Street, Leominster. Burial will follow in St. Cecilia's Cemetery.
