Lunenburg - Francis A. Vautour, 83, of Lunenburg, died August 1, 2025, in Sterling Village, after years of complications with vascular problems. He was born June 17, 1942, in Shediac, NB, Canada, son of the late Alphonse and Juliette (Doiron) Vautour. Francis worked in grocery stores all of his life, starting with Iandoli's, Shaw's and then Price Chopper, where he retired as a store manager. He and his wife enjoyed 13 years in Maine during the summer after they retired.
He leaves behind his loving wife Jeanne (Leger) Vautour , two children; his daughter Amy Beth Koziak (Jason) and his son Jason, along with his grand daughter Danielle Jeanne Vautour. He also leaves two sisters; Laura Gallant (Roger) and Claudette LeBlanc. He was predeceased by two brothers; Arthur and Roger.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Family of Nazareth Church, 750 Union Street, Leominster, MA. Inurnment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Leominster. There are no calling hours.
