Glenyce (Nightingale) Sowerbutts

Leominster - Glenyce (Nightingale) Sowerbutts, 84, of Leominster, died June 10, 2023, in Fitchburg Healthcare, after an illness.  She was born October 19, 1938, in Houlton, Maine, daughter of the late Albert and Mary (Kelley) Nightingale.  Mrs. Sowerbutts had worked as a data transcriber for the Internal Revenue Service.

Glenyce is survived by her husband James F. Sowerbutts, three sons; Steven Sowerbutts, Michael Sowerbutts, and Richard Sowerbutts, one brother; Rodney Nightingale and his wife Valerie, one sister; Marilyn Plourde. She also leaves her grandchildren; Jennifer, Jessica, Sarah, Alex, Lauren, Allyson and Ashley, and also her great grandchildren.  Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a brother Roland Nightingale.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  There are no calling hours.
