Hector L. Rivera

Fitchburg - Hector L. Rivera, 72, of Fitchburg, died December 20, 2022, at home with family by his side, after a brief illness.  He was born November 24, 1950, in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, son of the late Preferido Rivera-Rey and Antonia Gracia Santiago.  Mr. Rivera worked as a tool maker.

He is survived by one son; Roberto Rivera of Fitchburg, three daughters; Diana Rivera and Annette McClain both of Worcester and Nelida Feliciano of Leominster, two sisters; Maria Teresa and Carmen, one brother; Reynaldo,  along with 10 grandchildren: Dominique McClain, Karleny Rivera, Arianna Quezada, Tatiana McClain-King, Selena Feliciano, Hector Rivera Jr, Thalia Feliciano, Jayliana McClain, Gianna Paz, and Graciela Rivera, and 3 great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his son Hector l. Rivera in 2009.

A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Leo's Cemetery, Lancaster St., Leominster, MA.   There are no calling hours.
