Fitchburg – Helen St. Germain, 94, formerly of Leominster, died peacefully Sunday, January 18, 2026, at Fitchburg Healthcare after a long illness. She was born on February 3, 1931, in Fitchburg, MA, daughter of the late Henry and Rose (Comeau) St. Germain.
She is survived by her nieces, Theresa Lamoureux, Jeanne Greeno, & Betty Loughlin; her nephews Francis Bergeron, Robert Bergeron, and Alfred Bergeron; and many great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Evelyn Bergeron, Yvonne Greeno, Rita St. Germain, Raymond St. Germain, and Alcide St. Germain.
She was a member of St. Cecilia’s Parish in Leominster. Helen worked for 40 years for E.B. Kingman Plastics as an assembler before her retirement.
Helen was a fun-loving lady who loved to be surrounded by her family and friends. She was always ready for a fun time. She could always be found crocheting or baking something. Known as “Aunt Helen” to everyone, she knew how to give and take a joke. She will be missed by everyone.
A calling hour will be held Saturday, January 24, from 9:00 - 10:30 am in Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West Street, Leominster followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in Saint Cecilia Church, 170 Mechanic Street, Leominster. Burial will take place in St. Bernard’s Cemetery, 99 Goodrich Street in Fitchburg.
