Irene F. (St. Cyr) Mrowka

Lunenburg - Irene F. (St.Cyr) Mrowka, 85, of Lunenburg, died September 13, 2022, in Nashoba Hospital, Ayer, MA.  She was born December 12, 1936, in Leominster, daughter of the late Alphonse and Veronica (McDonald) St. Cyr.  Irene worked as a beautician and hairdresser.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years; Thomas H. Mrowka of Lunenburg, one son; Mark Mrowka of Middleboro, MA, two daughers; Sharon Wheeler of Lunenburg and Sandra Mrowka of Ayer, and three grandchildren; Sarah Dusenberry, Olivia Mrowka and Henry Mrowka.

Besides her parents, Irene was predeceased by one brother; Bruce St.Cyr, and five sisters; Jean Lanza, Ann Hall, Margaret Beaulieu, Barbara Mitchell and Ruth Gagne.

Irene's funeral will be held Saturday, September 17, 2022 from Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West Street, Leominster, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 in Our Lady of the Lake Church, 1400 Main Street, Leominster.  Calling hours will be held Friday, September 16th from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
