Joan (Scalane) Kyajohnian

Fitchburg - Joan Kyajohnian, 83, of Fitchburg, MA, died January 29, 2024, in Highlands Nursing Home, Fitchburg, after an illness.  She was born February 27, 1940, in Leominster, MA, daughter of the late John and Helen (O'Connell) Scalane.  Joan worked as a bookkeeper for FDIC and Bro-Dap.  She was a member of St. Leo's Parish, Leominster.  

Joan is survived by two sons; John Richard and Patrick Richard both of Fitchburg, one daughter; Annie Richard of Leominster, her grandchildren; Tiffany Richard and Ryan Richard and great grandchild, Aryce Richard.  She was predeceased by her husband, John Kyajohnian and two brothers; William Hines and Paul Hines.

Joan's Funeral will be held Saturday, February 3, 2024 from Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West Street, Leominster, MA, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Leo's Church, 128 Main Street, Leominster. Calling hours will be held Friday, February 2, 2024, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm in the funeral home.
