Joseph Valley

On July 18, 2024 at the age of 67, Joseph James Valley of Fitchburg lost his battle to cancer. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Glennis Valley of Lancaster; his brother, Edward J. Valley II; and his granddaughter, Kenna Cali LaFleur. Joe is survived by his son, Joseph James Valley II and wife, Laura of Clinton and their two daughters, Navia and Sienna Valley; daughter Paulina Valley of Fitchburg and her two children, Madison Guilmette and Aiden LaFleur; daughter Jessica Lopez of Albuquerque, New Mexico and her three children, Moses Lopez, Illa and Alexzander Grubbs; and daughter Serena Valley of Albuquerque, New Mexico and her son, Sylas Moore. Joe is also survived by his siblings, sister Marilyn Gaughan and her husband, John of Leominster, their children, James and Lori Mayou and Amanda Hines; older brother John J. Valley and his wife, Judy Rich Valley of Clinton; brother James Valley and his wife, Debra of Worcester; and brother Steven Valley and his wife, Samantha Tomer Spencer of Lancaster. In addition, Joe is survived by many nieces and nephews including Audrey Valley, Edward J. Valley III, Arianna Daye, Whitney Minichino, Edward J. Valley IV, McKenna Valley, Glenn Mayou, Kayden Mayou, Gavin Mayou, Janelle Mayou, Anthony Grasso, Devon Gaughan, Cameron Hines, Scotland Hawkins, Crystal Marengo, Elianna Marengo, Avery Valley and Ashton Valley. He is further survived by his long-time life partner, Donna Smith and her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
