Marie Germaine (Chevarie) Richard

Leominster - Marie Germaine (Chevarie) Richard, 80, of Leominster, died November 22, 2022 in Jewish Healthcare Center, Worcester, after an illness.  She was born February 9, 1942, in St. Ignace, NB, Canada, daughter of the late Naziare and Suzann (Gallant) Chevarie.  Marie was a member of St. Cecilia's Parish and the Templeton Fish and Game Club.

She is survived by two sons; Mark Richard and his wife Jane of Worcester and Daniel Richard and his wife Christine of Florida and Leominster, two brothers; Emile Chevarie and Alyre Chevarie both of New Brunswick, Canada, two sisters; Emilian Vautour and Laura Thibeault both of New Brunswick, Canada and four grandchildren; Katie, Jake, Kali and Brett.

She was predeceased by her husband, Fidele J. Richard in 2008 and a sister Loriann Duggay.

Marie's funeral will be held Saturday, November 26, 2022 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Cecilia's Church, 170 Mechanic Street, Leominster.  Burial will follow in St. Cecilia's Cemetery.  Calling hours will be held Friday, November 25, 2022 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. in Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West Street, Leominster, MA.
