Pasquale D'Innocenzo

Pasquale (Patsy) D’Innocenzo, born July 19, 1943, passed peacefully on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at Fitchburg Healthcare.

Raised in Leominster, he attended Leominster schools and remained deeply connected to the community throughout his life. Pasquale worked for many years at Clearshield, where he served as a dedicated and well‑respected foreman.

He is predeceased by his parents, Pasquale D’Innocenzo and Rose DiMauro.

Pasquale leaves behind his sister, Betty Lindsey; his children, Lisa and Richard D’Innocenzo; several cherished grandchildren; and his good friend and caretaker, Wayne Huard, whose support and companionship meant so much.

Graveside services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, 357 Main Street, Leominster, MA, on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.  There are no calling hours.
