Paul J. Richard

Lunenburg - Paul J. Richard, 69, of Lunenburg, died January 8, 2021, of cardiac arrest, in Health Alliance, Leominster Hospital.  He was born May 12, 1951 in Minto, NB, Canada, son of the late Emery and Mercedes (Jaillet) Richard.  Paul worked as an Inspector at Haartz of Acton for 38 years.  Paul loved his family and friends.  He also loved his golf cart, lobster, music and commenting on Facebook.  

Paul is survived by his wife of 50 years, Barbara (Hebert) Richard of Lunenburg, one son; Michael Richard of Lunenburg, and one daughter; Paula Richard of Lunenburg, one granddaughter; Rachael, and two sisters; Geraldine Robichaud of Groton, MA and Stella Castilani of Florida.  

He was predeceased  by his parents and two brothers; Raymond Richard and Leonard Richard.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, January 14, 2021, at 10:00 am in St. Cecilia's Church, 168 Mechanic Street, Leominster, MA.   Burial will follow in St. Cecilia's Cemetery.  There are no calling hours.

A Celebration of Life will be held after Covid restrictions have been lifted.
