Shirley M. Lanza

Leominster - Shirley M. Lanza, 85, of Leominster, died June 7, 2021, in Life Care Center of Leominster, after a brief illness.  She was born February 6, 1936, daughter of the late Dominic and Irene (Gaw) Lanza. Shirley worked as a Secretary for V.P. Holman Construction Co., for many years.  She was the beloved "Aunt Shirl", to many nieces and nephews.

Shirley is survived by her sister, Irene "Renee" Holman of Lunenburg, along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews,  great great nieces and great great nephews.

She was predeceased by two brothers; Richard Lanza, Donald "Buddy" Lanza, and two sisters; Gloria Lapierre and Barbara Basile.

Shirley's Funeral will be held Thursday, June 10th, 2021 from Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West St., Leominster, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Leo's Church, 128  Main Street., Leominster.  Burial will follow in St. Cecilia's Cemetery, Leominster.  A calling hour will take place from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning, in the funeral home.
