Thomas Lanza

Leominster - Thomas Lanza, 65, of Leominster, died December 31, 2021, in Henry Heywood Hospital, Gardner, MA, after being stricken ill. He was born July 17, 1956, in Leominster, MA, son of the late Ubaldo and Lora (Marquis) Lanza.    Thomas was a 1974 graduate of Leominster Trade High School, Carpentry Division.   During his working career he held a variety of positions to include factory worker, Air Conditioner welding and electronics.

Tom is survived by his sister; Donna Bickel and her husband Bruce, of Orlando, FL, his long-time live in home health aide and friend Velicia Pineo,  his Krazy Katz Oliver and Sammy and his Chihuahua pups, Bruno and Coco.   He also leaves two cousins; Linda Baker and her husband Stephen of Palm Harbor, FL and Nancy Corbett and her husband Tom of VA, along with many friends who kept in touch and asked about him over the years.

The family would like to extend a Special Thank You to Summit  Adult Day Care especially Samantha and Kathy; Leo P. LaChance Nursing and Rehab in Gardner, and  Henry Heywood Hospital with special thanks to Patty in ICU who explained the process  to the family and stayed with Tom the whole time.

Funeral Services are private at the convenience of the family under the direction of Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West St., Leominster, MA.
