Leominster - Doris C. Fortin, 96, of Leominster, died peacefully at LifeCare Center of Leominster, August 31, 2017. She was born June 4, 1921, in Fitchburg, daughter of the late Henry and Adeline (Quinty) Fortin. Doris worked as a packer for DuPont Co. She was a member of St. Cecilia's Church, a former member of Monoosnock Country Club and the Leominster Senior Citizen's. Doris was also an avid golfer and bowler.

She is survived by her niece in Florida, Elaine Fortin and also her best friend Phyllis DiConza of Leominster.

Funeral Information

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, September 2, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Cecilia's Church, 168 Mechanic Street, Leominster. Burial will follow in St. Cecilia's Cemetery. There are no calling hours.

Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West Street, Leominster, is directing arrangements.
